As one would anticipate from a spray free tree, the skins were not perfect, but the persimmons are delicious. The arrangements about delivering to a depot in town worked well. Cost per kg, incl freight, was equivalent to the supermarket price, with the benefit of spray free.
No problems or issues with the actual insides of fruit. The outer layers weren't too bad at all. Shows you can't judge the fruit by their outer layers! Not exoected to be perfect, but still great value for $. Recommend this option, if you're on a budget.
